As a product consultant

I’ve been working in Product Management with startups and scaleups for 14+ years. From successfully launching and selling my own company, to helping others reach product market fit and supporting growing organisations with effective product leadership.

Workshops

Intensive and fully customised workshops to support you and your teams to explore, define and align on your: company mission, product vision, value proposition, product strategy, product principles, product/market fit, target personas and more...

Design
Sprints

Full coordination and facilitation of a Design Sprint for your team to explore and validate an opportunity, guiding the team through the necessary steps to gain confidence about how to proceed. It is adapted to your schedule and usually spreads over 2-3 weeks.

Interim
Positions

I join your team or company as an expert that will not only get his hands dirty by taking on concrete product management task but also infuse the company with best practices and the right mindset. This is usually part time over a period of 3-6 months.
